Hello!
Its been a pretty crazy week, yet here were are again, as the weeks fly by! Why do they go by so fast?! :( Anyways, I hope we find ourselves this week renewed and a better person!
So I will start off my saying that after 7 months, I got moved out of Concepción. It was a real nice few months of a lot of growing, companions, and all sorts of fun holidays and events! But its time for new things and for more growing. So I am back in Asuncion! Well, actually Luque, the same zone and stake that I was in when I started the mission. I am in Laurelty. Its a pretty small ward. Our area is small, but there's a ton of houses. It'll be a bit weirder this time because there aren't any other missionaries serving in the same ward. So it'll just be us. And my new companion is Hermana Morales from Uruguay! So luckily before I talk with Hermana Jacqueline Wiscombe I will get used to the accent! ;)
So on Tuesday we had to say bye to everyone. it was a bittersweet day. I will miss Concepción a lot!
Anyways, we had changes on Wednesday and we have been working in our new area! I want to try and learn it really fast so when we have divisions I wont have any problems. So we've been learning all of the boundaries. Recently the Hermanas opened this area and so a lot of it is even new to my companion. So I've just been getting to know the area and the people! Its going to be a good few changes here!
There’s really not too much more about the week, other than it has been kind of hectic with all of the changes, but its been a good one! And a COLD one!! brrrrr!!! I didn’t realize how much i miss the heat haha.
Anyways, I hope all of you realize how important the Book of Mormon is! This morning we had a training meeting and I had to teach about how to use the book of Mormon better in lessons. first off, scary!!! (teaching) and secondly, I learned a lot! The Book of Mormon is so powerful! And I thank Heavenly Father everyday for this wonderful testament that we have of Jesus Christ. I hope all of you make sure that you aren’t taking it too lightly! Read it! And I promise you that it will bless your lives!
Well that’s all! Gotta go! Love you all! And have a wonderful week!
Love, Hermana Liesel Wiscombe
