Happy almost Thanksgiving to all those who live in the states!
I hope that all of you enjoy what you have a count your blessings :) Its been such an eye opener to come on my mission and realize what I have. I HAVE SO MUCH! I have a wonderful family, wonderful friends, and this wonderful gospel! Its crazy how many people there are that don’t have this gospel and how many problems people have. We have been so blessed :)
This week I went on divisions again with Hermana Sablan! I love going on divisions with her. We seriously go to town. We went on divisions Friday. I’m pretty sure that was the best day I have had on my mission so far. All of our lessons went so well!! I felt so guided by the spirit and I could feel that I was making a difference in peoples lives! Man it was awesome. I was reading an article in the Liahona (December) and it was talking about how you are the most happy when you give. Its so true. I was so happy that day. I’m still so happy! Its cool to be a part of this work. Its hard work, but what else would it be? Nothing was easy for the Savior. Its cool to be walking side by side with Him all the time.
This week its been hot, but its never too bad, because we have lots of lessons. This week we had a lot of help from the members in our ward. Oh! Speaking of. The assistance is our ward is starting to go up every week! I’m so happy :) Its cool to know that I am making a difference. Oh. This week we were going to have a member come out with us (this was the day of divisions) and we had to do extra studies cause Hermana Sablan has to do "12 weeks", so we were in the house a little longer, and I had completely forgotten that we were going to go out with a member that day. She sent me a text 25 minutes after we said we would meet her saying, Hermanas, I cant wait any longer, I have things to get done. Ill leave with you tomorrow. Man I felt so bad!!!!!!!! That’s my sad story for the week.
Changes are next week!! What the heck? So fast. I think that I will be staying in this area with Hermana Rojas. I hope so. I don’t want to leave this area. And Hermana Rojas is so awesome. I think every day my Spanish is getting a little better! I was talking to Hermana Sablan today about when we were proselyting in Argentina and I literally couldn’t understand a word of Spanish haha. Its still hard sometimes but its cool to see that I’ve progressed a little. All thanks to our loving Heavenly Father. Its so cool how involved he is in our lives. We are all so precious in his sight. How amazing?
I hope you all have wonderful holidays and remember what’s most important :) Thanks for your prayers!! Moroni 7
