Hey everyone!
This week was pretty normal, it had its ups and its downs. But all in all, it was good! Bad news first. Nelly had to stop seeing us because basically, her family didn’t want us to continue teaching her. She says she doesn’t want to have problems with her family so we have to respect that and drop her for now. But I know that she knows that what we have taught is true. So maybe one day we will be able to teach her again.
Good news! We have an investigator, and her name is Jessica. She’s 24. We contacted her on the street and she’s seriously so nice. We have already had 3 lessons with her. The last lesson we had with her we taught her about the plan of salvation. The smile on her face was priceless. We were talking about how this is a plan of love. How God loves us so much and that it is also a plan of happiness. She asked us, "so when we are with God, we will be happier that we are here?" And we said, "we cant even begin to imagine the happiness that we will have when we are with God." She was just so happy. It was really great! And SHE CAME TO CHURCH! Its been a while since we’ve had an investigator in church. She said she liked it :) We are going back tomorrow and we are going with a member. So I think it’ll be good! I cant remember if I’ve already told you guys, but we have given her a baptismal date for the 12th of December. So we are preparing her for that date!
This week was a week full of good lessons and working hard. Lots of walking and just missionary work!
I’m sorry this email is really short, but I want to thank you all for all of your support!!
