How is everybody doing this fine lovely autumn day!? Well, autumn for me! And its a fine day over here in Paraguay!
Anyways, not too much for this week to update on. But for next week you can be awaiting an email about getting to talk to my family ( and hopefully my wonderful sister that is in Uruguay!!!) for mothers day, and in 2 weeks how amazing it was to be able to go to the temple after 9 months! Next week we get to travel down to Asuncion and go to the temple as a zone. And I am so stoked!
Anyways, onto this past week..
On Friday we had divisions with the sister trainer leaders. We made my companion a map so that she could get around on her own, and she did so good! As for me and Hermana Chempen for the day, we met a lot of new people. We didnt have any lessons with anybody we new, but she helped me understand more about how to find more people to teach. Sometimes in the mission (as for me at least) you jsut feel like you get stuck in a rut with no investigators. But I know that is only for the lack of effort on my part. The Lord is always preparing people to accept the gospel. So she helped me and we were able to find a lot of really great people. And even afterwards with my companion we have been trying to put everything into practice what the Hermanas taught us. I know that the more people we talk to, the more people we will find that are really searching for the truth. So that was a good experience having a division for the first time in like 3 months.
Hermana Hilda (familia fernandez) finally accepted a date for the 30th of May! This is going to be a good month! But I am so happy to be aboe to help this wonderful family. I feel so much love for them and I want more than anything for them to be an eternal family one day with their two kids. I have been so happy to be able to help them gain a testimony of the restored gospel. I know that this is the only true church that Christ has established. And I hope all of you are equally grateful for it and showing your love for it by helping the kingdom of God here on the earth grow!
Well, not too much more of this week or time left for that matter, but I love you all and I hope you all are wonderful!
Love, Hermana Liesel Wiscombe
