Merry Christmas all!!! Can you believe that its almost Christmas? I sure cant. I’m super excited for Christmas though! It is the best time of the year, right? Its funny, when I walk on the street there are stores next to me. And one will have Christmas decorations and the next will have bathing suits. Its so weird haha.
Anyway. This week was insane! I’m sure I was on a bus longer than I wasn’t this week haha. We traveled a ton. We went to Montevideo Wednesday and Thursday and it was so awesome! We had the opportunity to go to the temple and it was so great! Our mission president and his wife (and his whole family) is just amazing. We just got to talk to them for a little while. I love being able to spend time with all of the missionaries. Friday night in our ward we had a dance.... that not very many people went to, but I enjoyed it. Saturday we had a fireside and it went so well! The spirit was so strong and all of us missionaries sang so well! It was great. Last night we had a little Christmas program. That went well too. Since its the P-day before Christmas today, we go to watch Frozen a few hours ago! It was so great! It made me so happy :) And it was in Spanish! Super sweet.
This upcoming week is going to be a little different. Thursday, as we all know, is CHRISTMAS! We are basically going to be working all week besides Christmas eve night and Christmas day. So I guess it wont be too different haha.
I hope we can all really remember this Christmas just how much our Father in Heaven loves us and His Son Jesus Christ. Its amazing. We are literally going to see them one day and that day is going to be marvelous. We just need to prepare! Like crazy! I love the opportunity I have to share about my Savior. Its hard because a lot of people don’t want to listen. But when I share it, I learn more about it and it strengthens my testimony. I know that Christ lives. He lived his entire life for us. He gave his life for us. Even though it is unimaginable how hard it was for him, He still did it. Because His love is perfect. I hope we can all show a little bit of our love for him this Christmas.
I hope you guys all have a wonderful Christmas and happy holidays! :)
